Ingredients
- 6-8 Pack of Chicken thighs
- 2 cups Buttermilk
- 1 packet of Italian dressing seasoning
- Brioche buns
- 2 cups Flour
- Tsp Salt
- Tsp Pepper
- Tsp Paprika
- Tsp Onion powder
- Tsp Garlic powder
- 2 Fresh minced garlic clove
- 1 cup Mayo
- Tb Gochujang paste
- Red pepper jelly
- Spicy dill pickles
- Fresh dill
Instructions
Marinate-
Marinate the chicken thighs in buttermilk and Italian dressing for at least 4-6 hours.
Blend flour and spices
Allow excess buttermilk drip off chicken and dredge in flour go back and forth from butter milk to flour 2 times to create a crust
Deep fry on medium high until golden brown. Place on baking sheet and finish in an oven set to 375 until chicken reaches 165 degrees.
Minch garlic, blend with mayo, Gochujang paste, salt and pepper to taste
Spread aoli on bun
Assemble sandwich, top with spoonful of red pepper jam, pickles, jalapenos and fresh dill
