Refund and Returns Policy

At LorLor’s Kitchen, we are committed to providing you with high-quality jams, pickles, and preserves. We take great care in ensuring that our products reach you in
perfect condition. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we want to make the return process as smooth as possible. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Perishable Goods

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns accept our cold pickles. However, if you experience an issue with your order, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used products unless they are damaged upon arrival.
  • Products that have passed their expiration date
  • Products that were not stored or handled according to the instructions provided

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. To assist in resolving the issue, we may request the following:

  • A description of the damage or defect
  • Photographs of the product and packaging
  • Your order number and shipping details

We will review the information and offer a resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement of the damaged or defective item
  • A full or partial refund to your original payment method

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item(s), please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will either:

  • Ship the correct item(s) at no additional cost
  • Provide a full refund for the incorrect item(s)

Refunds

Once we have reviewed your request and approved a refund, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will apply to your original method of payment. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Cancellations can only be made if the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, we
are unable to cancel it.
